I wouldn't have known about this car if not for the "real GTA 3" mod haha. Remember waiting all night until the following morning downloading it on dialup internet.

The VX came in a turbocharged form out of the factory, using the Z20LET engine instead of the Z22SE which this supercharged one has. Lower displacement, but still good. I'd 100% recommend looking for one which is already turbocharged, rather than doing it yourself. I've owned a supercharged VX220 in the past, and I'll tell you this as a word of advice : Plumbing on these cars is an absolute nightmare. Routing the chargepipes from the back of the car, through the centre, and out into the front is painfully difficult. I had to change the chargecooler sender pipe after it split, and I spent more or less a month trying to fix it. So I can imagine installing a brand new cooling system into an NA VX220 / Speedster will be as tedious as tedious work gets. As for details on the VX or Speedster, I'd recommend asking about on the VX220 Forum, as I got help from a few people there when doing work to my one.

@@Seanaldinho90 fair enough that makes sence. Although I live in Australia so if your from the UK or the US I need to convert those numbers which is almost double those numbers. But I will look into it is assume there wouldn't be many of these avaliable in Australia so import costs would ad up. I hope you enjoy your car mate. As it is definitely allot cheaper than I expected. I was thinking it was going to be between 40-90k

It’s about 70% of the price of an Elise etc. All GM parts too so quite inexpensive to run and small tyres. Magic though, like a race car for the road.
