All these wheels are doing their job but are boring... We want luminous Wheels, these white/blue/red LEDs would be absolutely amazing on freeskates. Please design or manufacture such wheels, eye catching skates with eye candy wheels.
I'm surprised you didn't mention rocks at all. I have JMKs with round wheels and also some non-JMKs with flat wheels, and the flat wheels seem to stop hard on rocks that the JMKs would knock to the side. Maybe this is more of a rookie problem.
Just ordered mine. If you guys offered flint stone ingrained wheels for sparking or atleast the edgeguards made of Flintstone grip tape that would be really good. It would make even our bails and accidents look flashy.
@@jmkride but I don’t live in the US so I can’t just try out both and then pick the best option for me. I would need to order 2 sets of skates and that ain’t gonna happen.
@@jmkride I asked because if you had one classic and one pro on each skate, you should theoretically have a straight up moving skate for the ghost tricks and easier flip skate for the flip tricks. Kind of a weird theory but if you do a video on it just to test it, that would be awesome! :D
What if you combine the wheel types on one skate? Or… have one setup on one skate and the other on the other… I can imagine mixing and matching for certain tricks… (never rode freeskates in my life so bear with me here :-))
Water will reduce the friction you have with the pavement, so safety-wise it's not recommended. It'll also destroy your bearings via rust - this goes for almost all bearings, no matter the wheel. In general avoid water if you can 🙂
Hi. Im interested in free skating and saw that your free skates are sold at $120 from your videos but when I visited your online shop, it says that it is sold at $229 instead. I live in Singapore and is the change in price related to my location?
Hi Samuel, did you get to the shop from jmkride dot com? It will be a direct link to the Singapore store there. At times the price can be higher due to the seller taking on the import costs
Im in europe, just bought my first freeskates but even on amazon I dont know how to find rounded wheels. Are they the same as skateboard wheel ? Are they different ?
@@jmkride have you ever tried to skate like SUPER DUPER FAST? Because I’ve found that wheels with a more pronounced edge (more like 90 degrees at the edge instead of a circle) allow me to really grip the ground when I’m carving Or whatever the free skate term is. For when you wanna really dig into the ground to build speed I find that the rounded wheels don’t allow me to get as much of a grip and drive in as hard. Do you know what I mean? Would you agree with that?

I just ordered some pro Formance free skates in red and blue with edge guards I can’t wait to start riding they look so fun
Yes! Be sure to binge watch the tutorials on our channel for all the tools to learn
Now I want classic wheels.
Haha classic wheels are awesome! So fun to experiment with
@@jmkride Which wheels are faster?
I'm interested in skating as fast as possible.
(classic or proformance)
@@dam7196 proformance
I just Ordered some Forest Green & Black Grip Tape and

Classic wheels gotta be the best for kickflips and other tricks that benefit from that grip and stability

What an excellent video. Kudos
Thank you! 🙏
Now i want to try classic wheels

Well, seems that I have to try out both ;)
This is the best approach

Great video ! 😁👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Hey Gabe.... can you please please make a video on just power sliding please?
Yeah we made a tutorial! You can watch it here: th-cam.com/video/-eQICKl1EUM/w-d-xo.html
What would happen if you had both types of wheels on each skate? Pro wheel on the front end and classic on the back for both skates for example?
that would be weird... Sure you'd get used to it and would be able to do different tricks with each skate

Anyone tried shark wheels?
What wheels would you suggest for bumpy surfaces like roads.
The shape should not affect performance. It's more about how you're riding to navigate the terrain.
Which one is good for learning
I believe he said that the proskates are better for learning
have you ever tried to put a classic wheel and a pro wheel on each skate ?
Actually no lol
Great video my freeskates are on the way
Also do the team 22 freeskates come with proformence weels
Can't wait!
Which?
I like classic wheels

hahaha maybe one skate classic, one pro. If you flipped one more often and threw the other.
Are there wheels that can go over puddles without it being extremely dangerous?
Water will reduce the friction you have with the pavement, so safety-wise it's not recommended. It'll also destroy your bearings via rust - this goes for almost all bearings, no matter the wheel. In general avoid water if you can 🙂
Awesome & Thanks :)
Our pleasure!
Which type is more better for rough surfaces?
Flat have slightly more life on them which can benefit for longevity
I can't buy classic wheel in Europe when does that come
You can message them for options. We can find a way to get them to you
which one is the best for practicing 360?
Round, but can be done on both
If I'm riding for long distance 3km+ (over various rough surfaces) , is it recommended that I go for a softer wheel like skateboards?
Our wheels should be all you need. If it's personal preference you can try and find a compatible wheel for other terrains.
If wheels aren't or don't stay slightly soft they're no good to begin with.
Can you use a skateboard wheel on a freeskate?
Our wheels are close to a longboard wheel.
Are there anyways to make the flat wheels stop when I accidentally send it flying to the sea?
Hope it tips over hahahaha
my luck is bad :(
Cool vid

Are the round wheels going to be easier for the beginners?
Yes
my question is
which one is easier to pump and turn with
Round
ight ty
One of each?
what if you're just starting out? which would you recommend to buy to learn freeskates?
Round. All our completes come with round for this reason

Could you get the camera any closer to your presenter? The frame’s not entirely filled yet.
What's the color of these wheels, it's the exact color i want the skates in, thank you :)
In the thumbnail? Red

They are very different. We created the Pro (round) wheels, you can get them at jmkride-europe
Which wheels would be better for cruising though?
Proformance (round), 100%!
Which one is better for speed?
Pro
Which wheels are faster?

They are both equally capable in that regard, but the round wheels will feel the most fluid 🤙

what if combination of flat and round wheels
You might be able to pull off Left with Round and Right with Flat.
What are the most durable wheels ?
Classic wheels generally have a slightly longer lifespan
LED wheels plsssss
LEDs in development, but not wheels
What if... Each skate has one of each wheel? Or what if one skate has all rounded, one flat? Hmmmm.
No bueno
Is flat wheel more easier for beginner learner?
Round wheel is better to learn
No wonder I can't feeeline skate till today. Very frustrating
One classic wheel, one pro wheel, per skate 😂
are freeskates child-friendly
We have riders beginning at age 5. Parental supervision is always recommended as well as pads
