I just made up a bunch of those jigs with double assist hooks... But much bigger 3 to 6 oz.. I fish the rough and heavy northern California surf for striped bass….. is why I throw big heavy lures… also have a 12’ heavy fast action St. Croix surf rod with/ old school ABU Garcia Ambasadeur 10000c reel…. 80lb.braid+50 yds. 80 mono top shot/ shock leader = equates to “Classic Heaver setup” 👌😎👍

@@fishwithchris03 you don't need a boat for GT…. Cavy gets them off the rocks… it's mostly what he fishes for… GT., yellow-tail kingfish, …we have yellow tails here but not massive like the ones you guys have...you guys can have fresh Hamachi every day of the week…!
