You could always buy a 16 round mag and put this on that and run that in your compact model. For the 13 round mags you can out tandemkross +5 mag extensions on them to give you 18 total. That’s what I’m doing!
Sounds like you did not remove the Load Assist Tab when installing the extension. Loading assist tab must be removed to allow additional rounds. Please double check.

Hypothetically of course. Glad it came in handy.
Very easy to strip the set screws. The one I got never actually got tight just stripped out two of the bottom screws and the set screws on top.

Sorry, the +9 is only good for the 16 round magazine for the full size. We do have a +3 extension for the compact.

You should be fine. It is the same chassis, but a different slide.
