Your November project sounds really fun! And focus on fun is so great. I'm not doing NaNo this year, though I will be writing. I just want to do my thing but I'll totally be cheering everyone else along!
🩺 No November push for me. I don’t mind all of the talk and prep much. I’ve never been a person to join the crowd but I never worry about being left out either. I am excited for your new adventure. You look ready for it!! 😊
I’m not doing nanowrimo, but I’m looking forward to how you work through the process of organizing your 5 book fantasy series. About 16 years ago, I came up with a 5 book fantasy series with all the characters and the first chapter written. Over the years I’ve picked at it, I have a whole binder of notes for each book, even went with the large poster board idea with sticky notes to help me work it out. But haven’t officially started writing any of it. I’ve done different scenes here and there. All that to say, I’m excited to see how you tackle yours.
I'm really excited to get back into this project and show you all how I'm managing it. It's a little daunting but I have so many ideas and I don't want to keep putting it off.
Hey Andrea! This is the first video of yours that I’ve seen and it’s so weird because I literally just got back from an appt where I had the same things done & blood drawn & was stuck in both arms!! Sooo weird but I definitely relate😂 I’m excited to follow along with you during NaNoWriMo! I have my sights set on the 50k goal this year so we’ll see🤞
Ugh, I hate when they have to stick you in both arms! I'm so sorry you had that same experience. Thanks for watching! I'm so glad you'll be here following along for NaNo! Good luck on your quest for 50k! :)
👩⚕ Yay adulting! Your NaNo plans are very exciting! I’m also going to be outlining a Fantasy series and taking a more laid back approach to NaNo. My project is one I started nine years ago and never finished (life things took me away from writing for a long time but I think I’m ready to return). I’m super excited to get back into what I call “Project Rainbow” but my long hiatus has me worried I won’t be able to write anything of quality. I’m going to try not to think about it and just have fun! As for content I’d like to see…I would love to see how you go about planning your Fantasy series and if you have any tips for rusty writers like myself.
I'm so glad to have so many people here ready to take a more laid back and fun approach to NaNo. It's making me really looking forward to November. :) And I will definitely talk about how I'm planning my series and moving forward with the outline. I'll probably layout my plan in the first NaNo vlog and then share the week by week process throughout the month. :)
👩⚕️ I love hearing all your book updates (and I need to catch up with your novels sooner than later!) For the first time in like 12+ years, I am participating in NaNoWriMo! Funny that you’re going to work on Fantasy when I am unexpectedly not working on a sci-fi project! I have beem toying with a series of interconnected standalone queer romance novels set in France and NaNo is as good as a time to work on the first one! While I would be happy to hit 50k words, what matters to me is writing consistently again and having fun! Planning to do outline and character work for preptober. ❤
I am still undecided about whether or not to do Nano this year. Will definitely be a rebel if I do. I really just need life to calm down a bit to even consider it, so time will tell.
👩⚕ Your plan for nanowrimo sound like a good one, I'm looking forward to hearing more about this fantasy novel when the times come! I have a novel and couple of children's books in my head, would love to join nano at some point and get them down on paper. I love watching nanowrimo content so whether I join officially or not, I love to watch other people do their thing. Good luck preparing :)
⚕ (That's the only doctor-related emoji I could find.) I do plan to participate in NaNo this November. I plan to rewrite the first draft of my 2nd book in my new series. I tried doing this in July's Camp, but you saw how that went. I'm prepared (or preparing) this time.
The point is that you keep coming back to that series rather than giving up. Small progress is progress. :) Looking forward to seeing your progress in November!
I'm coming off a big whole emotional issue so I don't think I'll write anything new in November, depends on ideas, but I do know I wanna type up alot of my handwritten stuff and try to get alot of that. I wanna get more reading & videos done than anything. you'd think after my whole life I'd be used to needles but I hate them too lol and I got my ears pierced when I was a baby but don't wer earrings anymore.
I appreciate seeing someone else with a different approach to NaNoWriMo around! I'm just aiming to write more often during November, and if I can get to 50k between my notes and prep this month and the actual writing next month that would be amazing but I won't be pushing myself for it as long as I manage to be a bit more consistent. Looking forward to all the content coming up 🧑⚕
I think having a goal of just being more consistent with writing is great! I feel like NaNo gets very focused on word count but I love seeing people set more flexible goals like a time per day or days per week. :)
My plan is to be somewhat of a rebel😅 as I plan to try for the 50k but by writing my first draft for Nano as Im almost done with my "Fast Draft" (a few more scenes to think through to reach THE END😊. And in it Im over 50k so its a bit like cheating 😅😂 even if Im sure Im going to modify and expand some of the stuff. The preptober plan is to finish the fast draft, but I need to help my 14yo with a Contemporary History paper due for next week😅
Your November project sounds really fun! And focus on fun is so great. I'm not doing NaNo this year, though I will be writing. I just want to do my thing but I'll totally be cheering everyone else along!
You have to do what's right for you. I definitely wouldn't be able to get to 50k this year, so I just want to have fun. :)
🩺 No November push for me. I don’t mind all of the talk and prep much. I’ve never been a person to join the crowd but I never worry about being left out either. I am excited for your new adventure. You look ready for it!! 😊
Opting out is a totally valid choice. There's no way I could win this year, but I'm looking forward to doing my own thing. :)
I subscribed to your channel during last year’s nano. Your music is still good!
Aww, thank you so much! Glad to see you're still here. :)
Oh that sounds like a really cool project 🥰 I’m gonna attempt nano as well fingers crossed for the fantasy novel❤
Good luck with NaNo this year! :)

👩⚕ November might be a good time for me to try and get back into writing more regularly.. xx
You definitely should!

You have to do what's best for you. But we'll all be here to chat about writing and whatever you are working on or reading during November. :)

When are you going to do a book tour?
Hi! I know you've asked this before but I'm not sure what you mean by book tour?
@@AndreaJSeverson I forgot I asked this lol. Like going to different cities or different bookstores around you and just selling your books
@@jazzmineanderson6330 oh gosh, I would love to do that. It's a little more than I can organize on my own right now, but maybe one day. :)

lol no doctor emoji but this will do! great vlog :)
Thanks for watching Michelle!
