Add a Bluetooth or any other remote thermometer + humidity sensor for "smart speed" control. Increase or decrease speed based on humidity and temperature data. Turn on fan only in presence of human detected using PIR or 24Ghz human radar.

    I have a minor correction about your comment on UPS, the fan sound change with UPS is due to non-sinusoidal output in old UPS. In new-UPS DC-AC conversion is full sinusoidal hence there is no changes of sound or speed. An example would be your solar inverters when running of battery is actually a UPS-inverter, which should be producing complete sinusoid.

    Please make a video on your bills after net metering…..i am planning for a system in my home…just waiting for your video……(please tell us the units produced by your 10.4kw system). Theoretically people say 10kw produce 1200-1300 units per month…whats your analysis??

    • @nonamesomeone6937
      @nonamesomeone6937 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have a 5.2kw system with net metering.
      People say this will produce 600 units on average in a year which is around 20 units a day. Since it is an average your unit production varies by months. For example in winter or fogy season your system may only produce 12-15 units a day but your consumption will be low as well. The best months for solar generation are the time between when temperature is low and you have plenty of sunshine like feb, march april, in these months your system will produce 24-30 units in a day. In late april to jully (hot summer) your production will slightly decrease in hot weather depending which solar plates you use. If you buy new solar panels with better temperature coefficient your loss of production will be less. All this information is for 5.2kwa system and you can multiply the figures by 2 for 10.4kw system which is basically 2 systems of 5.2kw. Before going solar you need to see how many units u are using in a year and in a month, check max used units on your bill history, not amount of bill but units. Remember if your units are more than lets say 600 units and around 700-750 u can still use a 5.2kw system as your winter production will add up but if u can afford a big system its always better. Hope it helps.

    I watch your channel regularly and am impressed by your dedication. I took the chance after watching this video and decided to install an inverter fan from Starco. Unfortunately since I am just a regular person and not a you tuber like you with thousands of subscribers I had a very different experience from you. I ordered online after a big wait because they were out of stock and got an email on July 24 telling me that my order has been received. After waiting for about a week with no word I sent them an email asking about my order on August 1. On August 10, I receive an email from them apologizing for the delay and telling me that the order has been booked at their end (I thought that had been already done when I got their first email) and saying that it will be "hopefully dispatched" (I would hope so too) and they gave me a tracking number to track my order. Today, one week after that hopeful email, I checked the tracker and found that the shipment had been cancelled by vendor with no reason whatsoever. I just wanted to share this dark cloud along with the glowing review by Owais (I am in no way shape or form blaming this experience on him) but just wanted to let the others know that not everyone gets the same customer experience as you tube influencers.

    One drawback. The power supply board should be made separate. So that the replacement cost can be reduced.

    @syedowaisali Thank you for sharing the video. However, I believe using the term "Inverter" for this type of fan may be misleading. In the field of electrical/electronic engineering, when AC is converted to DC, we use the term “Converter”. Conversely, the process of changing DC to AC is termed as “Inverter”. As this fan is converting AC to DC, it would be more accurately referred to as a "Converter" fan, not an “Inverter” fan.
    The term "Inverter A/C" is also not ideal, but it's possibly being used to describe the compressor's speed control based on thermostat settings. Traditional compressors stop and start based on preset temperatures, while inverter A/C compressors never stop, only adjusting their speed based on the thermostat.
    In your Starco fan, I doubt they have included any adjustable thermostat, so its speed may randomly vary in Eco mode. Nevertheless, you might be noticing low electric consumption from speeds 1 to 7 because DC motors tend to be more efficient. It appears that your fan is, in fact, a “Converter” Fan.
    Note: Just as a dimmer can malfunction, the fan's onboard voltage controller may also encounter similar issues. If Starco is confident about their product, they should offer a lifetime warranty for the entire fan (both motor and electronics), or at the very least, a 5-10 year warranty.

    I don't know what's this fascination with 12V in fans, highly doubt that anyone will go to trouble of wiring 12V DC in their house just to run this fan(and it will be very inefficient anyway). Its just there coz the original design was based on a 12V BLDC motor from 15 Years ago ie the ac supply is converted to 12V and then motor driver circuit drives the BLDC motor. By using an original design with higher voltage on BLDC motor they can have savings in copper use and a better efficiency and go down to upto 35 watts(already tested in some UNI labs). Additional improvements are possible in noise profile by lowering the fan speed but increasing the no of blades or sweep angle to get same or better air flow. Similarly ditching the ceramic magnets for rare earth ones you can have a tiny very light motor and a longer life. In any case its good that someone figured out that calling BLDC fans( around for decades) "inverter" can be a good thing in domestic market as people already associate it with power saving. Something is better than nothing. So 55Watt is better than 80-90 Watt we currently have. By the way you can get same amount of efficiency (up to 50 watts)by using better quality materials ie silicon steel and real copper wire in induction motor fans, our fans are bad coz they use drum steel and CCA wires of lower quality Copper wire instead of 99.95% as there is no way to test.

    Mr Awais, i just bought StarCo fans AC Dc fans, but there are issues which irritate me.
    1. The fans wobble a lot while functioning.
    2. These are have very low quality plastics and very light weight body.
    3. Please stop recomending it or at least also compare some other brands like Royal fan, Pak fan, younas fans etc, to have a real, unbiased comparison.
    4. I do not recommend it
