There are 3 levels of carvings:
Beginners Level - you will learn how to apply quick and simple designs to the different fruits and vegetables.
Intermediate Level - all Lessons you will progress onto more detailed Carving Designs for larger Centrepiece Displays
Advanced Level - How to Carve Roses and more Flowers. After you master all these Flowers - you can apply to larger Fruit and Vegetable such as Watermelon and Pumpkin.

You are my favorite, everything you do is so precise and beautiful. Mutita, I am wondering what to do before start carving the carrots in order to make them soft as it shows on the video. I tried to make the flower, but the carrots started breaking up. Could you please, tell me what to do in order to make the carrots more flexible . I would appreciate your kindness . How many days in advance can you carve this before it goes bad?
+Hli Moua You can carve this 2 days in advance - store in an airtight plastic container, in the fridge.
