Norfolk Southern local D33 on August 12, 2024

NS 7139 leads the NS local D33 (the daily Bluffs to Jacksonville, IL turn). I caught it picking up cars setoff over the weekend at interchange with the BNSF Beardstown Sub.

Does NS exclusively pick up cars from BNSF at the interchange or do they sometimes give them Cars for BNSF to pick up?

They both exchange cars, some days it will be BNSF setting off and picking up, and others it will be NS setting off and picking up. Today NS picked up 6 cars today at lunch, and they setoff 3.
