This week we are making bruschetta chicken which is an easy-to-make dish that has simply NEVER FAILED ME. Give this a try and tag me if you do.
Chicken Dry Brine:
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbs fresh thyme
- 1 Tbs sherry (or Apple cider) vinegar
- 3-4 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2-3 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flake
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- zest from 1 lemon
Bruschetta:
- 4-5 large tomatoes
- 2 oz basil, ribbon cut
- 2-3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbs olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

lol as a chef myself man when you rolled the basil I tell ppl just roll it like if you was trying to book roll a Blunt tuck and roll. working in a kitchen I've had maybe one person say I ain't ever rolled a blunt 😂 sounds like a recipe with good flavor tho
