My 16lb Boston Terrier is a neurotic nut who isn't afraid of getting in the face of any dog 😂. She will jump all over a pack of dobermans, labs, you name it. Luckily, most of the dogs at the local park know her, play with her and tolerate her. But I do watch carefully. She was really getting into a pitbull that finally had enough of her. The pitbull was seriously trying to get her but couldn't catch her. The owner of the pitbull and me raced over to help before something happened.
I have two Bostons. They are very active. I take them to 6 miles walks and they want to play with ball after they’re back! They are great jumpers and fast runners. They are small 17 pound dogs and can easily run 10 k with me. They should not exercise in hot weather though. They don’t like rain and cold and love sunbathing. Mine do not put weight on easily, they eat when hungry and play a lot with each other. I would recommend to have more than one. They are doing great in pack, making friends even with cats. They are aggressively playful, absolutely love to play most of the day. You will need energy to have one but they are great little dogs!
Cheeky, is the perfect description
Great information! We love how well Boston Terriers can adjust to family life 🥰
It's like my Boston want to play with other dogs but other dogs seem to want to attack him
