Just think in 91 when I visited NY from California all they said was how stupid Crippin and Bloodin was. Now look at it. I just shake my head .

This happen because of rikers and the boat. Lot of Latin Kings got lock up in the early 90's. The c.o's would let the Latin kings beat up and stab who ever was black. Jamaicans wasn't having it. The Americans would team up with the Jamaicans until they form the UNB. Then they did not f with the Jamaicans no more. They started to lock down rikers and the boat. Then they started to fight among themselves. Got out started recruiting dudes and girls. They initiation was to cut civilians. So that made some dudes wanted to turn crip. I guess to say they first started it. The younger bx ones turn yg'z and ybz they had beef. Ybz then turn into ygz and then that ish split. Now it's ygz and ogz beefing. Most these gang beef is mostly set tripping. Bloods fight bloods and crips fight crips. But it was the correctional system that breed this to NYC. BK got the woo"s with bloods and crips and choo's with gd , crips and bloods. Makes no sense. Real NYC dudes still saying gang banging is stupid. Because it was about your block and making money.

@@rohanclarke4036 same thing that was happening in NY was happening in Atlanta. Had GDs and Crips running together and pretty soon it got stupid with Crips stackin and dropping the 5. To see them fighting now in Ny is crazy. It’s all dumb to me now. Wtf I need a gang for in 2022? Most of these dudes own gang is turning on them or getting them whacked because someone else in the gang did some foul shit.

senseless. wake up people this is in no way to go out. ain't nothing soft about getting an education taking care of family and making an honest living. but as a 48 year old man I should be out there giving better examples of living a healthy fulfillment life. 30 plus years ago the crack era created war in that same community. streets like Rockaway parkway, rutland road, 91st street to 98th street were constantly filled with conflicts ending in death. very little changed so its time for us as the older generation to get to work plain and simple
