I’m not an investor but am an enthusiast and I can feel how crushing this must be for you. It’s hard to formulate the words that express how I feel for you and your family. I can only pray that things will improve for you as time passes on. I’m terribly sorry for your loss. I’ll be sad that the videos won’t be as frequent, but I can hardly complain when I consider your current circumstances. If there’s one important takeaway here, it’s to insure your belongings. Wedding rings, family heirlooms, any of course personal collections and valuables. My home owners insurance covers up to $30,000 in valuables. To anyone reading this, look to see what your coverage is and look to see where you’re predisposed to a large financial loss.

lost my home in 2018, feel your pain man. Get a private adjuster to deal with Ins. you'll get a total runaround if you wait for them and their low offers. State Farm shuffled us through 4 adjusters before we figured it out.

Sending positive thoughts your way. I have been where you are. I lost absolutely everything I owned in a flood 18 years ago, including my car. I had the clothes on my back and was lucky to escape with my life. I was also homeless briefly. It’s scary to find yourself in that situation and really puts things in perspective. In the grand scheme of things, most stuff can be replaced eventually. Glad your dad got out safely.

I’m fairly new to the channel but I can’t imagine what y’all are going through I’m very sorry this has affected you and everyone else it’s affecting, three of my wife’s coworkers lost their home in the fires as well. As a Midwesterner I always had this vision of Cali and am great-full that I was able to take my first trip there with my wife who goes often for work and take my kids a couple years ago to drive up and down the coast it was an amazing trip and a beautiful area all though I was disappointed with LA it’s self but every where else was amazing. My triplets go off to college next year and my wife and I have plans for another trip to travel the west coast but it will be different as I already know the other fires have ravaged some of the areas we traveled last time while watching news coverage we talked about how crazy it was that we went through some of the areas that are completely gone now and how different it will be next time. My condolences to you and yours along with everyone else affected.
We are praying for you and your family. Keep up the hard work and don’t give up! I know you probably feel like you want to give up on Lego and do something else but if you keep working hard God will always bless you. So sorry. For this one year I am in Lego hobby, not investing, I often think what if there is a fire, or flood, or mice(but unlikely with my cats). What will happen if few sets are destroyed. It is hard for those investing. But, the most important is that your family is safe.

I’m so sorry for your loss. Not just your Lego but your family and their home. My family lost a lot from hurricanes in Florida last year but fire is just so much more unforgiving.

Sending positive thoughts your way. I have been where you are. I lost absolutely everything I owned in a flood 18 years ago, including my car. I had the clothes on my back and was lucky to escape with my life. I was also homeless briefly. It’s scary to find yourself in that situation and really puts things in perspective. In the grand scheme of things, most stuff can be replaced eventually. Glad your dad got out safely.

I’m fairly new to the channel but I can’t imagine what y’all are going through I’m very sorry this has affected you and everyone else it’s affecting, three of my wife’s coworkers lost their home in the fires as well. As a Midwesterner I always had this vision of Cali and am great-full that I was able to take my first trip there with my wife who goes often for work and take my kids a couple years ago to drive up and down the coast it was an amazing trip and a beautiful area all though I was disappointed with LA it’s self but every where else was amazing. My triplets go off to college next year and my wife and I have plans for another trip to travel the west coast but it will be different as I already know the other fires have ravaged some of the areas we traveled last time while watching news coverage we talked about how crazy it was that we went through some of the areas that are completely gone now and how different it will be next time. My condolences to you and yours along with everyone else affected.

So sorry. For this one year I am in Lego hobby, not investing, I often think what if there is a fire, or flood, or mice(but unlikely with my cats). What will happen if few sets are destroyed. It is hard for those investing. But, the most important is that your family is safe.
