Some people don't like the nano-repair mods because it makes it so you don't have to do any engineering. But you've done a ton of cool engineering with that welding bay. Why not leave that all in place and then add Bob the Builder? I bet you could even make its area smaller so it was just in that welding bay. Your cool engineering looks great, and Bob does the work.
When you welded manually it added the components in your personal inventory to the item so the welders are able to finish it. Make sure the welders can pull from your inventory. Try to pull components manually through the welders access ports. You could have a conveyor problem somewhere or maybe the server needs a reboot? The Build Info mod has a tool to check conveyor networks. Using /bi conveyorvis or /bi cn in chat while aiming at a ship will map out the conveyor networks.
I was able to move components directly into the welder when I was troubleshooting and they still wouldn’t weld the projection. I’m thinking it’s a server thing. I’m going to try it on a local game save and see if it will work there. I haven’t used the build info commands yet. I’ll have to give that a try. Thanks for the advice!
Man, that Havelock was ugly. Nice job on grinding it down. If you had the components for a seat, you could have built a seat and stole its power to charge back up. 😅
All you need for power on an enemy ship is a seat, interior plate and parts. Grind a cargo or some interior plates and slap it down wherever
That was mentioned in a previous comment. I don’t know why I didn’t think of that. I will definitely do that next time.

Not a bad idea. I would have to ask Sadejumper (server admin) if he would be willing to add that mod. Thanks!
Man that a.i. is so brutal I feel for you... I would have broke so many keyboards by now
LOL. It's a tough scenario. Those Reavers are relentless!
They are tough but Bearded is doing a great job. Stay tuned as it may just get harder yet.

This is a good comment. I will try to make sure Bearded tries this.

A little brake would be nice lol.

Of course! Why didn't I think of that. Great suggestion! I'll have to remember that next time. Thanks for the suggestion!
is there a option in the welders for welding from projection?
I didn't see one. Good suggestion. I'll look again. If not, I'll have to try it out in a different world save and see if it works.
