There are a couple of differences between those models at he time of this writing. 1. You don't get the option of an exchangeable comfort layer 2. the base is 1.8 pcf which isn't as durable is 2.0pcf. and 3. its 10 inches in thickness so it will affect the way it feels as you sink into the mattress and if you're on the heavier side you'd want a thicker mattress so the layers can work together to properly support your body.

Would you anticipate a big difference with their 10" model? It still has 3" of latex but the base foam is only 5.5".

This brand's latex-on-poly foam mattresses are getting bad reviews on amazon for durability as in sagging impressions
