That's the EarthRealm Mileena costume. It's in the shop along with a version for Kitana. Each have 6 palettes and go for 500 krystals for each bundle. Each also has a new look for the weapon.

Also, she refers to herself as Supreme Commander when that should be something she calls Kitana. That one is just wrong since she should be addressing herself as the Empress.
While karen strassman to you had a better voice arguably but let's be honest Karen's voice is the one that sounds more ass than Kari wahlgren there's a reason why Kari has so many roles all across her voice acting talent doesn't make all of her voices sound the same
