Same procedure i follwed in my nts enaled in chrony, but im not able to connect to nts server for client getting "TLS handshake failed The TLS connection was non-properly terminated. Any idea were went wrong
Could be a catch 22, where the computer clocks are not synched Check what the date and time is on both computers e.g. date If the clocks are too far out then TLS won't work

This is not a beginner level tutorial.
Any video will depend on experience
If you have no idea what NTP is for instance, then NTS would be more difficult to understand
