Ive learnt that when you start getting better, place attention on what matters and work to improve your life in small incremental steps (while bearing your suffering with grace and selfcompassion). Loved ones tend will imitate this new behavoiur subconsciously. Sometimes even friends, colleagues and even acquaintances. Its realy weird but by golly it works! Peace be upon you
