Every Pakistani talks about the Plebiscite in the Kashmir according to UN resolution but not a single Pakistani has ever read it. If they really want a Plebiscite then they should ask their military to comply just 1st condition out of 3 which is "Demilitarization of Kashmir which is in Pakistan's control to the satisfaction of UN body".
