Sorry but those are GIF files, especially designed for Text Effect. But I will try to create the effect that you are asking about in future uploads.

What effect you give to letters is not clear at all
They have been created in After Effects and these are just GIF Files. The tutorial is explaining how to use these gifs to create words.
