@TheCumminspower59 Thanks for answering my question for me. Yeah the buzzing sound is the interaxle power divider. The diff lock doesn't have a buzzer just a light, but it can't engage unless the power divider is in anyhow. Just a safety measure so you don't forget to switch it off

The buzzing noise are troys diff locks and inter-axle it's similar to 4x4 but in stead of making the front axle turn it just locks the two rear drive axles up all at once when the are out u only have one set of tires turning that puts power to all four if Troy didn't turn on his inter-axle at least on uneven ground he could run a risk of a blown diff and that's no fun in the bush

surprised how well the little truck pulled you up, did a very impressive job. would you do any better with the dozer further forward to get some more weight onto the drive?

@baldymp3 Yeah the mighty canter did allright concidering it was like driving on grease. And it wouldn't have made anydifference witht he weight mate. empty loaded or otherwise. I had no steering and very little traction

@alwaysoffroad just trying to help out lol ya I wasn't positive as to what the buzzing was for I knew it was four one of your locks I have never driven a truck that has a buzzer for anything but low air my trucks all just have lights for the diffs but hey at least u have the best off road truck nothing better than a westernstar for off road

@TheCumminspower59 Yeah i've seen plenty of pics of trucks in the mud up in the oil patch with chains on. Not my idea of fun. Rather just use a loader or dozer....LOL!
