Thanks! The Ripley is a 120mm rear/130mm front true trail bike and from what I have read nothing beats the kinematics that the DW link suspension provides for supportive climbing and aggressive downhill! As for the Occam, it has a little more travel, 140mm rear, and 140/150mm front. So I personally would put this bike into the all-mountain category. This specific model, the LT, has 150/150 respectfully with a coil in the rear to boot, kinematics is not bad but again nothing compares to an Ibis or Pivot with DW-Link. I would love to hear your suggestions on trails that you love to ride near you! Wouldnt mind exploring the West side of CT into NY!
Nice video! I'm curious what size you're on, and what your height is. I just got an Occam LT and had trouble deciding on a M or L. Ended up feeling better on the Medium for my 5'9" height.
It's nice to see your area trails, I ride western CT/NY. I demo'd a '21 Occam & it was a little sluggish. I guess I'd hoped for more Ripley like zip.

I purchased the size Large based off the reach number of 474mm reach. Which I have found is perfect for my height @ 6'1"
