कितने डायोड लगेंगे इसके लिए हमें दो चीजें पता होनी चाहिए . 1. इसमें LED स्ट्रिप पर ड्राइवर की सप्लाई कितनी आ रही है. 2. पूरी एलइडी स्ट्रिप में कितनी एलईडी किस तरह लगी हुई है. मेरे वाले ट्यूब में ड्राइवर से 80-90 वोल्ट सप्लाई आ रही है. और टोटल 96 एलईडी लगे हुए हैं. चार चार एलईडी को parallel में एक ग्रुप बनाकर 24 ग्रुप सीरीज में लगाए हुए हैं. इसलिए चार एलईडी का जो एक ग्रुप है उस पर लगभग 3.5 वोल्ट आता है (80volt/24). मतलब चार एलईडी का जो एक ग्रुप है वह लगभग 3.5 वोल्ट का ड्रॉप देता है. अब मान लीजिए कि चार parallel एलईडी का कोई एक ग्रुप है जिसमें एक एलईडी फ्यूज हो जाता है तो उसका लोड उसी ग्रुप के बाकी तीन एलईडी पर चला जाएगा और वे तीनों एलईडी एक-एक करके तुरंत ही फ्यूज हो जाएंगे. इसीलिए एलईडी ट्यूब में हमेशा एलईडी ग्रुप में फ्यूज होते हैं. क्योंकि उस ग्रुप के सभी एलईडी parallel में होते हैं इसलिए किसी भी एक एलईडी को शार्ट कर देने से पूरी ट्यूब ऑन हो जाएगी. लेकिन उस ग्रुप का वोल्टेज ड्रॉप मिस हो जाएगा. और वह बाकी एलईडी को ओवरलोड कर देगा. इसलिए उस ग्रुप के बराबर वोल्टेज ड्रॉप देने के लिए हमें डायोड सीरीज में लगाने पड़ते हैं. एक सिलीकान डायोड 0.7 वोल्ट का ड्रॉप देता है तो 5 डायोड 3.5 वोल्ट का ड्रॉप देगा. डायोड 4007 को इसलिए चुना क्योंकि यह 1000 वोल्ट 1 एंपियर तक काम करता है जो कि यहां पर सूटेबल है। सीरीज डायोड के इस कंबीनेशन को फ्यूज हुए एलईडी में से किसी एक एलईडी के parallel में लगा दीजिए.
You can cancel with a single wire and the electronic supply auto adjust down the voltage for the remaining LEDs in the row. Because it senses mili amps and when it reaches the amp the switching supply cut the current, so the less LEDs in the row the faster the supply switches... And the voltage is correct for the remaining number of LEDs.
Not necessarily SMPS will lower the voltage. In fect adding few more diodes will add life of remaining LEDs. If set of 5 to 7 LED can be soldered than it will work well .

Different types of LEDs are used in different versions of tbe/bulbs. But commonly used LED type is SMD LED 2835 , maximum wattage 0.5 W. But circuit is designed in such a way that it gets about 0.3 Watt per LED to enhance its working life.
@@tulugusivakumar3510 ji your led driver (power supply ) may be faulty, mostly filter capacitor in case of smps type. or pf capacitor in case of pf driver type.
Jo video mein show kiya hai wo 90-100 volt ka hai. Agar Tube OK hai to driver voltage check kar ke pata lag jayga. 20 watt normally 90-100 volt ki hoti hai.

Namaskar Sabhi LED lighting ultimately DC pe hi work karte hain. Ek driver circuit se AC ko DC me convert karte hai. Damaged LED ko same type ke led se replace karna padta hai. Agar LED na mile to resistance ya diode se faulty led ko bypass kar sakte hain

My led tube same type - when starts it is lighting blow no problem. But after about 5 minutes start flicking. On off on off. It is disturbing. Having purchased for Rs.250.00 what is the use? If I bought same Rs.250.00 normal tube light Patti and tube set I would be able to change the tube as and when necessary. Please give solution for this on and off. Electric shop doesn't do this repair. Where can I get "diode"? It's price?
Flickering means probably some LEDs might be faulty. First identify the faulty LEDs then bypass it with diodes. Diodes are easily available at electronic spare shops. Price is maximum 1/- per piece. Sometimes driver capacitor may also be faulty.
Good analysis, in 20 Watt tube we can use 4.7 E resistor in place of each diode. Resistance will come cheaper too. But ideally resistance will consume more power than diodes. Now a days resistance are normally not used for controlling the current or power, except biasing circuits and indicators. Though resistance will work well.
@@ShishuTechno you mentioned that we should use 4.7 E resistance for each diode, this means total 4 resistors we suppose to use? If this is the case, can we use just 1 (one) equivalent resistor? iske liye aapke tube ki led strip ko samjhna hoga. pata kariye ki kitne LEDs ki grouping ki hui hai. agar kisi group mein 1 led kharab hoga to baad mein dhire dhire aur led bhi kaharab ho jayenge. isilye ek particular group ko bypass karna padega. Normally 5 diode se ho jayega. mere case mein 4 led ki grouping ki hui thi, inko 5 diode se bypaas kiya tha.
If blinking is fast with sufficient brightness then probably the electrolytic capacitor (input side and/or output side) in driver circuit is faulty. Change the capacitor or replace the complete driver. Thanks for asking.
@@vaibhavverma8338 strip 50-100 mein mil jayega. Price Wattage pe depend karti hai. Agar bike ki battery se chalaani hai to 10-12 watt se jyada ka na len. Online v mil jaati hai. Strip v aur bulb bhi.
If only those three LEDs are not glowing and the rest all are glowing full intensity, then we can leave the light as it is. But if rest of LEDs are glowing dimm then bypass each LEDs with diodes. . May check and please update here for further knowledge sharing.
5 led series mein hai aur 5cho kharab hai unpar touch karke light glow nhi ho rhi hai baki uske aage peeche ki glow ho rahi hai unpar touch karke solution do agar bata sako to..?

Agar diode na ho to 5 mein se jisko short krne pe glow ho jaye usiko solder se short kar ke v chal jayega. But diode wala tarika jyada sahi hai.
If you do no supply power and change multi meter to diode/continuity mode placing probes on each led terminals would make working LED glow and not the burned ones!!
Nice analysis, these LED are different from those used in indicators. These LEDS are of higher voltage and higher current ratings and since each 4 diodes are connected in parallel, so would be difficult to glow these by multimeter probes, I will check once again and will update. Though checking of LEDs as diode with multimeter will definitely work.

Actually wo capacitors nahi balki diodes hain. Short karke v chal jata, but kuchh local company ke tubes mein driver supply auto adjust nahi hota hai. Fuse LED ko Short krne pe tube ke liye lower supply voltage ki requirement rahegi. Isliye agar short krne ke baad agar driver supply auto adjust nahi hui to baki led ko jayada supply milne lagegi aur unki life kum ho jayegi. Ek diode 0.7V ka drop deta hai to 5 diode 3.5V ka drop dega. Is tarah poori strip safe rahegi.
Amazon pe mil jayega, search kar ke dekhiye SCSS insulated Forceps tweezers price approx 195/- Alis insulated forceps tweezers price approx 199/- Link nahi de pa raha hoon reason ye video trending type hai, video ka metadata disturb na ho isiliye.
Check the voltage across the faulty LED and then connect the number of diodes by dividing that voltage by 0.7 (approx) . If your case is of a tubelight then probably other LEDs of that particular group will be blown off in a few days. Then apply 4-5 diodes for that particular group of LEDs.
It is a difficult situation, yet we can try following.Try to find any 20 watt faulty tube, use driver circuit of that. In second method we can try this take one diode 1 N 5408, one 40 watt or 60 watt incandescent bulb in series. Connect this series combination to the led strip. Connect the diode with appropriate polarity. I think tube should glow but I am not sure. Flickering may also be observed. If a bridge is used in place of single diode then flickering will be less.

20/25/40/50 वॉल्ट led बल्ब मै बनाता हू सर तो एक led बंद हुआ तो उसे डायरेक्ट शॉर्ट कर देता हू अल्फा DOB या सर्किट वाला पर एक बल्ब बार बार शॉर्ट हो रहा है तो क्या उपाय हैं मै जुने बल्ब मे कीट लगाकर दोस्तोको बेच देता हु
आप जो DOB use करके जो बल्ब बनाते हैं उसका design को को एक बार रिव्यू कीजियेगा। Heat conduction का प्रोपर arrangements hai. Proper पेस्ट लगाना क्लीन surface पे. Heatsink का साइज और thickness प्रोपर हो। या तो dob का lot में भी issue हो सकता है।

50 watt tube tak yehi diode kaam karega 4007 wala. 50 watt se ooper or 100 watt se niche ke liye 5408 lagega jo ki amooman use nahi hota hai.

50-51 led ki adhi sahi hai likin sayad ager supply der tak de du to sayad kharab ho jayegi.
Bhai led strip series me hoti hai ya parallel me hoti hai.

You can use 4.7 Ohm resistor to get the desired voltage drop instead of 1N 4007...

Five resistances in series in place of five diodes atleast 1 watt each

If light is blinking ,new driver is required ?
If blinking is fast with sufficient brightness then probably the electrolytic capacitor (input side and/or output side) in driver circuit is faulty. Change the capacitor or replace the complete driver. Thanks for asking.

Sorry Vaibhav ji, ye 12 volt pe nahi chalegi, market mein 12 volt se chalne waali strip milti hain. Led bulb bhi milti hai 12 volt se chalne wali.

Hi, If suppose one Led (nearly 13 no & 40 & 60) is not working then (13 no & 40 & 60) where have to solder diode? Pls. Inform
If only those three LEDs are not glowing and the rest all are glowing full intensity, then we can leave the light as it is. But if rest of LEDs are glowing dimm then bypass each LEDs with diodes. . May check and please update here for further knowledge sharing.

Agar diode na ho to 5 mein se jisko short krne pe glow ho jaye usiko solder se short kar ke v chal jayega. But diode wala tarika jyada sahi hai.
Diodes lagane ke badle, kharab LED ko short kar sakte hai. Tube light dobara jalega.

If you do no supply power and change multi meter to diode/continuity mode placing probes on each led terminals would make working LED glow and not the burned ones!!
Nice analysis, these LED are different from those used in indicators. These LEDS are of higher voltage and higher current ratings and since each 4 diodes are connected in parallel, so would be difficult to glow these by multimeter probes, I will check once again and will update. Though checking of LEDs as diode with multimeter will definitely work.

Actually wo capacitors nahi balki diodes hain. Short karke v chal jata, but kuchh local company ke tubes mein driver supply auto adjust nahi hota hai. Fuse LED ko Short krne pe tube ke liye lower supply voltage ki requirement rahegi. Isliye agar short krne ke baad agar driver supply auto adjust nahi hui to baki led ko jayada supply milne lagegi aur unki life kum ho jayegi. Ek diode 0.7V ka drop deta hai to 5 diode 3.5V ka drop dega. Is tarah poori strip safe rahegi.

If 1 led is not working then how many diode to be used.
Check the voltage across the faulty LED and then connect the number of diodes by dividing that voltage by 0.7 (approx) . If your case is of a tubelight then probably other LEDs of that particular group will be blown off in a few days. Then apply 4-5 diodes for that particular group of LEDs.

It is a difficult situation, yet we can try following.Try to find any 20 watt faulty tube, use driver circuit of that.
In second method we can try this take one diode 1 N 5408, one 40 watt or 60 watt incandescent bulb in series. Connect this series combination to the led strip. Connect the diode with appropriate polarity. I think tube should glow but I am not sure. Flickering may also be observed. If a bridge is used in place of single diode then flickering will be less.

Bina diode ke short karenge to bhi tube glow kar jaayegi. But pahle se fuse hue LEDs ka voltage drop ka load baki achhe Wale LEDs pe cahala jayega aur fir dusre LEDs jaldi kharaab ho jayenge. Diode lagaaye jaate hain ootna voltage drop provide karne ke liye.

20/25/40/50 वॉल्ट led बल्ब मै बनाता हू सर तो एक led बंद हुआ तो उसे डायरेक्ट शॉर्ट कर देता हू अल्फा DOB या सर्किट वाला पर एक बल्ब बार बार शॉर्ट हो रहा है तो क्या उपाय हैं मै जुने बल्ब मे कीट लगाकर दोस्तोको बेच देता हु
आप जो DOB use करके जो बल्ब बनाते हैं उसका design को को एक बार रिव्यू कीजियेगा। Heat conduction का प्रोपर arrangements hai. Proper पेस्ट लगाना क्लीन surface पे. Heatsink का साइज और thickness प्रोपर हो। या तो dob का lot में भी issue हो सकता है।
