For the second one I’d just say how counterintuitive it is to wear a mask while using a light as an alarm. If you’re insisting on using a light to wake up why also cover your eyes?

Not gunna lie, the sleep mask one really pissed me off…. And made me take an extended break from the Pod because I was so annoyed with the caller. My boyfriend has to wear a migraine cap and no it’s not “attractive” looking but it doesn’t make me less attracted TO him. I would never tell him to stop doing something that’s good for his health or sleep even if it did look dorky. Plus sleep routines are VERY beneficial for ANYONE no matter the age. I just can’t believe being annoyed at my partner for doing things that help him sleep better or help his health
