The layout that you 12:23 made is good! But I feel the typography of the headline and the 50% needs a little bit more work. Also the bullet points that u added even tho it was close to the product, it still didn't look a part of it. Could've attended lines that attach or anything that would stabilize a relationship. Also I feel a better font can be used to match the look and feel of the watch, the current me doesn't suit.

nikhil sir please reply actually m not able to do in photoshop because of low spec laptop but I am doing this in photopea and I am not able to do that brush part blending thing of that circle strokes behind the watch for depth so please give us some alternative or please let me know where I am making mistake and if possible please make a small video on photopea please

Thank you for your kind words, I try to redesign the design around the original artwork sent by the creator. If I was to design it completely from scratch then this would have been a completely different design including different colors, images, text, etc.
