(Company was very helpful on an in-line chat and ended up getting free shipping and also found a discount online for 20% off) Now regarding its use.. I feel it depends on which language you are using to translate. English alone is challenging and if you use a lot of idiom, slang, etc then of course it’ll not translate as well. Think of speaking like an English professor and it will translate very well. Btw: thank you for the review here as I didn’t find it easy to comprehend from their site on how to use these functions. Your video made it easy to comprehend.

These are just bluetooth earbuds. The magic is on the app on the phone. Earbuds have noise cancellation though. Am sure you can use other earbuds with the software... Making this product am sure is dead cheap and it's going to be sold at a ludacris price when released. $100 product? Nahh...
The earbuds are nothing more than that, earbuds. They will need a smartphone and a good wifi connection to work. Beside this just imagine a wrong translation when talking to a not so friendly interlocutor!
