Love the video, love the spritz'. With regard to your newsletter, I do have a foil machine, and it's the Anna Griffin one. I just need to pull it out and use it! LOL. I actually am a "slow crafter" and that's why I am always in catch up mode. Keep on crafting!
Keep on crafting for sure! And maybe you are not actually in catch up mode. You are simply where you are. And yay for a foil machine! Feeling a small possible resurrection with that tool. Have a great weekend.
I have not. I still have Heidi’s color shine spritz that I think I can add flecks of gold paint to the paper to combine. I did order Tim’s ticket die & stamps.
Oh goodness! Yes. It really is. It's sort of the thing you can collect or just go all in. Thinking one may need that Wilted Violet for fall makes. Thank you, Bonnie!
Well now...that is a question...how did you not know about that dotted stencil? It's my all time favorite. Here for the polka dots! Thank you for watching, Patricia!
Wow, that Tim Holtz never stops coming up with new ways to use these colors, love it!! I wonder what would happen if you added a spritz of water to the background after spraying! Those vintage rub ons are on my next SBC order for sure. TFS!!😃❤️
The spritz will move! They are water reactive. You can then blot up some of the color. I shall demonstrate that one soon. And yes to the imagination of Tim Holtz. I may have let out a little squeal when I opened the box not knowing what was inside. So happy for these. Thank you for watching, my friend.
@@JamiePate alcohol inks are pretty amazing!! No control really but awesome results for backgrounds. Such beautiful colors! I watched a good part of Tim’s spritz release video, pretty cool results!
@@robinvogelsang5535 I do love the results of alcohol inks for sure. They always look pretty amazing. Can't wait to see what you come up with. Enjoy that !!!
So pretty, Jamie. I still have some of Heidi's color shine. I might have to get it out and see if it still works. These colors you used on this project are absolutely gorgeous!!! Love! Can't wait to try these new spritz's.
I have a ton of Color Shine too. I just keep holding on to it hoping it makes a return. This is the next best thing for sure. Get it out girl! Use it up!!!
I watched Tim’s release demo & this demo. I still don’t understand/see the difference between these & the mica sprays. Can you explain the difference, please?
Hey, Deb, Thanks for watching. And I totally get this question. I wondered at first the same. This is in not in any way an official Ranger answer, as I am sure there would be more of a chemist type answer from them. But this is what I have found: Mica Stain are just that: stain. The color is much more saturated. Distress Spritz is not the same saturation as the Stain. It’s much lighter. Mica Stain is almost an opaque coverage. Distress Spritz is more sheer. It takes more spray to get the same intensity. My experience is the the Mica Stain even sprays heavier. The Distress Spritz comes out of the sprayer with more of a spritz than a full spray. Mica Stain is its own line of limited colors. It’s still part of the Distress family. But they do not match the Distress family line of colors. Distress Spritz coordinates with the Distress line of colors. So there is a Fossilized Amber Distress…ink pad, paint, stain, etc. And now there is a coordinating Spritz as well. That is just off the top of my head with my limited use of these Spritzs. I am a fan of these lighter sprays that give a shimmer to a project. That is what has really drawn me into the Spritz. AND…that they also match the existing Distress family line of colors. Let me know if you have any further questions. And thanks again.
p.s...After your question I was comparing the Mica Stain and the Spritz...putting them side by side, the Spritz actually has more sheen and shine dimension compared to the Mica Stain.
@@JamiePate Thanks SO much for the thorough explanation & additional comparisons! In a way l was kind of hoping for “enh, not that much of a difference.” 😁 Of course now, l NEED all of them as you’ve sold me on them! I watched the whole live Tim did. He specifically said you should store then on their side so the pearl is better distributed up the whole side, so the shaker ball can do its work!
Well now...I am going to have to grab me some Dylusions Shimmers so I can tell you. I have not used them. I'm very keen on the Distress as that is the stamp ink pads I primarily use. So I'm all about them matching up or at least complimenting. But you pose a good question. I will need to research that one. Thank you for watching!

Do you do Memory Planner Walk-Throughs anymore?
Yes. I do. I just missed this past month. Thanks for asking.
Did you find a simple wipe of the nozzle is enough to prevent the tip from clogging?
Yes. The spritz is actually a pretty thin medium. The build up is not a big deal. But it is recommended to at least give it a quick clean.
