Just by aim training every day no matter what and vod reviewing. All it takes. Be honest with yourself and only care about working to improve.

Yeah most pros have an instinctive sense of center of screen. That's why you see some pro crosshairs be so tiny like a dot. But the fact that he one tap aced on deathmatch with no crosshair is a huge feat.
So basically the thing is when you start playing enough, crosshair just isn't a important thing while playing. You don't even see it when you are in the zone. So that's why he is so good. You all can try and you will play basically the same with the crosshair than with it off

Even if you are best player, most of you die from behind (crossfire) is not fair. Tenz absolutely is winner of this DM. His death ratio is because of crossfire.
@Andrea Brandolini i dont think eu is just overall better, coming from a eu player i think its just harder to rank up on eu couse its more toxic/ communication is shit, i am diamond/plat 3 and i can frag easly but i lose a lot couse of toxicity and bad comms, ( i get upset easly when people dont speak so i get a bit toxic and they get ever worst...) but like fragwise i kept the same scores since silver in beta so idk
