Dear landlords, pls separate the bathroom from the toilet. Esp if your house will go for 20k and above. The combo bath toilet is a turn off to many.

Wow I love how the house looks like I actually came to to realise that sometimes you can look for a house VIA online platforms and sometimes they can be very disappointing and they are not really reasonable with the prices. Or sometimes the house doesn't even look like the price stated. also come to realise that if you want a good looking house you should just step out of your comfort zone and walk and look for a house instead of just perusing through online platforms. I'd have to give five stars or even probably more to the landlord because it's a very nice looking house with affordable price
