The biggest PO changes are not visual but functionality. Limit Over and Magnetic Guard cooldown has been lowered. Magnetic Generator got defense ignore. Mod Mecha Drop has been reworked to be a much shorter but also much higher damage version of non-Mod Mecha Drop (so now non-Mod is for perfect for clearing and Mod perfect for bossing especially large boss). Armored Tempest was improved in some technical ways. Mod Rolling Thunder has been reworked and now is decent for clearing and very good for large boss
Surprised neither you nor chat actually read Sariel's changes fully. But I'll mentioned what you missed 1. The one that got reworked is MOD Particle Ray, not the base Particle Ray. Mod Particle Ray if in fusion mode casted downward but the homing still can go upward like Mod Giga Stream does. 2. Extreme Virtual also have magic damage increase 3. It's still better to bring both Energetic Hearth and El Crystal Spectrum together mainly because if your Energetic Hearth is about to ran out, you can switch to El Crystal Spectrum so that the stat bonus from Ultra Optical passive always available. 4. You should've use Spectrum mode when fighting long bosses so that you can see Sariel's change especially on Mod Particle Ray and Extreme Virtual is actually huge.

ROSE PO skill rework is a joke of 2024. I don't even see any significant changes in the skill animation.........

I love that CU change on black hole, but it's too short... 😭 why can't it be like other character clearing skills
is CU is better than CA this patch? if it's so I'm planning to change from CA to CU
