I think the main issue here is that two of the three options you present (dp and super) are very risky to do during a blockstring in the hopes that Nier will do this move, and throws can be teched. Also, maybe I'm just a scrub but this move doesn't seem slow enough to react to, especially if I'm mid-blockstring and not in neutral.
yup. these are band-aids more than fixes. tight blockstrings don't have to worry about 623h tho and if you go for strike/throw or delay L to frame traps you buffer the cancel and react (its fast thats for sure but simple input means its possible) for sure mental stack and other noise won't make this a 100% solution, but until they nerf it (they should remove its combo potential as a starter if armor is triggered tbh) its a potential aid vs it.
isn't she vulnerable while cancelling to the next move? unless she goes for 236h it should be your turn afterwards, especialy if you go for block or grab

The thing with the safejump is that if you block it she can just chain her dp with other specials so you still need to be careful even if you block it

Yeah I think You can interrupt her cancel with a light attack. But if you are little too slow she just steals your turn.

So the counter play is to do risky unga bunga reactions that you wouldn't do against any other character?
I don't see how SAFE jumps and stagger pressure is unsafe. but go off king

I think its not perfect but at least theres some tools to work against it. even tho I do think it needs reajusting lol
