In the Quranic versus God says that the human is superior over the eighteen thousands makhlooq....but actually we are not the superior till when we explore the secrets of yourself body. ..when we know the secret to be the superior then we called the momin that is that is possible by self realization . But I feel that we have everything thing with in us after self realization ...to know yourself is the main duty given by God towards human and to know the axact position of yourself in this this world. I teached by every spiritual Saint that the real barrier of our self realization is our ego when we destroy our ego then we start to know yourself and to be oneness with God .
