what does h2 receptor antagonist do when its reversible? please explain the mechanism.

Its like H2 antagonist dsnt allow histamine to bind over receptor to activate CAMP pathway so that there is no activation of protein kinase thus inhibition of proton pump takes place....
Also its reversible i.e. action can be terminated out by several factors
