The operator is making a new hilly road and the newer it is the harder it'd be while digging and cutting hill to make a wide and strong hilly road. Hay que ser muy profesional con la retro para trabajar hay al borde del abismo y este tipo sin duda alguna lo es bravo por el.
O ser mu sonso, cualquier momento se desgaja el cerro por el propio peso de la maquina y no lo cuenta.
Yo soy operador de miniexcavadora y minicargador ... además de haber manejado retroexcavadora y acá el operador está con una Miniexcavadora JCB ( se opera igual que los mandos del minicargador , pero el aguilón con los mandos traseros propios del aguilón ).
Creo que el hombre tiene mucho cuidado de que no se deslice el terreno donde tiene la máquina ... por ello NO LEVANTA EL BALDE DEL AGUILON y más bien lo arrastra por seguridad , obviamente el trabajo asi es mucho más lento por la misma razón ¿ se fijaron que detrás de él ... hubo un deslizamiento de tierra ? ... por eso el operador trabaja asi de lento .

Pucker factor is off the scale. Sitting on loose slide material that could give way without warning. Operator is a bit nuts
Needs to put some shims in the bucket linkage - getting sloppy already
@kirt beckstead yes, ran one and owned one w/extandhoe, flip-over forks, 4wd, 4-in-1 and out-and-down outriggers. Power wasn't a problem - good Perkins engine. It was hydraulic leaks that became an issue - granted we used it with a demo hammer and vibraplate and beat it to death - any machine would have suffered same issues. It was a very versatile machine.

Guy walks beside the machine @3:40, 2 seconds later dirt and rock from uphill comes crashing down. Still don't see where this makes sense, other than perpetuating bad construction processes. Please be safe, you risk yourself for nothing every minute.

I grew up and still live in the mountains. My dad started back in early 60s with a backhoe and dozer. Before many driveways and lots were built for steep mountain retirement homes. The old timers didn’t wanna live on the hill. They wanted to be in the flats near a stream and fields that they could farm. Now the cabins are hanging on bluffs. He cut all of the early roads and driveways. Didn’t have an excavator on tracks. He would do some scary scary stuff. He had lots of accidents. I have also done stuff like this. Now that I’m in my 40’s, I’ve realized the macho “did you see what he could do!?” Motivation is gone. No one remembers and no one cares. If you die. You’ll be forgotten and called stupid. Don’t do it. If you have to do stuff like this...do it the expensive way. Call and engineer and estimate bigly. Use a spider excavator and tie off off without cables too. Study what the Swiss and other Europeans are doing and have done in extreme slopes and slides. The Americans are behind on this. I admit it. We are behind. Be careful.

Well you do not dig out the toe of the slope first . You can cause a larger slide ! Ct in higher up were you want the top to be of cut to be then cut to grade working to toe ! Also do not cut hole below the road grade, like he is at the toe ! Then fill in with lose no compacted material that only weakens the cut !!

Esa actividad requiere de estudios de impacto ambiental. Es grave lo que hacen con el cuerpo de agua. Debería sancionar la autoridad ambiental.
No sabe trabajar porque el peralte de una pendiente siempre se deja hacia dentro de la calle no para el barranco, ahí está a un pequeño descuido de irse al abismo. Hay que valorar la vida, vale más que cualquier trabajo y/o jefe.

@@DroneB i'am from Mizoram, we used to travel alot because of work inside our state near the border of Manipur, By the grace of God and his blessing we used to have 2(4DX) JCB before the new(easy) is out, really missed those days.... We even used to owned you know the old version Kirloskar engine which was replaced by Diesiel Max engine,
