He don't want to live there, give it to a family who needs it and get in a bedsit, I assume his rents being paid by his council so demanding is a liberty.
You're totally right about Brian. He should be grateful to have a free house in London that would cost a lot of money if it was sold. But in fairness to Brian, the housing association do seem to be taking the mick, leaving him without a kitchen or heating for years. I'm sure there must be other factors. I did hear Brian ripped out the kitchen without the housing authorising it... Which might be a reason why they've left it like this.
