    Nice.
Removing & Installing the instrument cluster is the same procedure on the 7th gen.
But I don't think the 7th gen has such easy-to-replace bulbs.

Are the LEDs dimmable by the switch on the dashboard? I also need to replace the bulb for the moonroof, do I need to take off the entire vent, or can I take out the knob only?

I don't think all of the accords come with a low fuel light, I can see the spot on the dash where it should be but my 02 V6 EX coupe did not have one. It was a few years ago that I looked into it but I remember coming to a dead end . It was either there was no place for the bulb and/or the car was not wired for it from the factory.
