Thank you for sharing. With respect to "one person" knowing BDAT, it depends on the level of depth of knowledge. Growing organisations may make do with one EA based on the level on depth of knowledge required at that level. As the organisation grows then you need a team and you begin to go deeper in each of the domains. You may not start practicing all domains deeply.
I also think a business analysts is more project focused than a business architect. A business architect conceptualise the business at a strategic level ideally.

i think you are refferring to cognitive load when you mention about remembering things. "Cognitive load" relates to the amount of information that working memory can hold at one time
