This brought back so much memories to me! As my husband and I did not date! We were also married six weeks into meeting each other. He is also from Jamaica ! It’s been 26 years of marriage and yes God did it! We are now both Apostles and pastor a church! God brought us together for his glory! Congrats on your marriage!
Praise God! Thank you for your testimony. Mine is so similar! In January of 2018 the Lord told me that he would lead me to my husband and we would get married without ever dating. Essentially, He said I should stop dating. He led me to study the book of Ruth repeatedly that year, with particular focus on the characteristics Boaz had and how he treated Ruth from the beginning to the point of their marriage. E.g how he had heard of & observed her good works/character even before they interacted, how his first instinct with her was to protect and cover her, etc. I studied every detail of the book & knew this was God telling me that my husband wasn’t far away and would immediately recognize me as his wife because somehow, he would know and appreciate me for who I was. Later that year in June of 2018 God further revealed that I would be engaged that same year and married the next year. I was like Lord, it’s June- how am I going to be engaged in 6 months when I haven’t even met anyone? But by faith, I continued to ignore all advances from men whose intention was to just date or ‘enter into a relationship’. I too journaled all of this every step of the way. In July, about 2 weeks after this 2nd revelation, I ran into an old friend of mine at a conference in Nigeria (I had traveled there for the summer). We used to be good friends, but had lost touch. We hung out with a mutual friend that day, and that evening, me and him went to grab dinner as I had to wait out the rush hour traffic (those who know about Lagos traffic, know!). At dinner we started to catch up properly and he discovered I was single. A few moments later, he told me in very few words (and with a whole lot of conviction) that I would be his wife. I thought he was joking so I laughed it off but he said with the straightest face, ‘I’m serious’. I was like welll👀👀 lol. I was leaving Nigeria back to Switzerland in about 3 weeks so I just thought it was all a bit far fetched- also I was very used to declining advances by that point. To cut a long story short, before I left the country he visited my family and expressed his intentions to marry me (after he had taken me to meet his whole family who were all soo lovely & had all prepared for my visit 😂), in November 2018 he officially proposed (he travelled to Europe to do so) and on 14 February 2019 (valentines day also!) we had our civil wedding. Engaged 2018, married 2019 (all within 6 months) to a man who valued & cherished me- exactly as the Lord promised. (I’ve left out many details but I also found out later from him that in 2017, the Lord told him his wife was someone he already knew). I’m writing my testimony to encourage the ladies watching even more, - I’ve realized that the Lord absolutely wants this for his daughters. He wants us to rely on Him to lead us to our spouse instead of relying on dating culture. Trust in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart ❤️

Honestly my faith dies a little more each day, each year that passes. I'm to the point now of just begging God to help me love Him above anything els so I don't yearn for a spouse anymore because the waiting hurts so bad. I try to stay encouraged but it is a daily struggle.

Keep the faith girl. I was 18 when God told me who i would get married too. It has been 3 years and I am still waiting .In the meantime, I have been learning a lot about spiritual growth, celibacy and ways to honour God in our relationship. God got you :)
Stay strong baby girl trust me the process is painful but when ever you feel tired pray cry to God to help you hang in there until he gives you the right person. Remember we do not want to end up doing things that we will later regret in the future let's continue to be patient and wait for his time

This is so amazing!! I also journal every promise the Lord gives me. I wrote down my exam mark 10 months before I wrote it and I got that exact same mark! He promised me a car, where in the middle of the night He said it's done and a year and 9 days that promise was fulfilled. Now with regards to my wife. 5 and a 1/2 years ago He told me in a dream that my next girlfriend would be my wife (I have been single since then LOL). He then told me almost 2 years ago that I was not to approach any woman with intent but that He would bring her to me and that she would make her intent clear. Basically I should sit this one out. Of course I didn't think it'd take this long. On 14 June 2020, He told me "your partner is coming, your partner is coming" and now I wait in eager expectation. "God’s promise to Joseph purged his character until it was time for his dreams to come true." (Psalm 105:19). The wait is never a punishment, it's to prepare us to handle His promise well. This is very encouraging thanks!!

Six years later we're dating now. However during my life, I began celibacy, I heard from the Holy Spirit that he was my husband at 22. I can testify that this is very true. Very similar experience. I also have a marriage arrangement by God. Met my husband in September, got engaged in December of the same year and married in January. Got my 1st child the same year I got married and to the Glory of God. Still married 16 years later. Ladies with God all things are possible.

I relate to this story SO much. I always called my union an “arranged marriage” ...spiritually. Because, he is also not my type and I am not his type but our connection feels so genuine. So God-like. And , its crazy you say he remind you of Jesus. I say the same thing. I have never thought that before and barely even knew what it meant when I say it. But, his energy genuinely reminds me of what I imagine Jesus energy to feel like. And he even teaches me more about Spirit/God/The Bible than any other man ever has. I also fell in love with him almost immediately and I am usually the type to NEVER love/trust a man. I, too, had been single for three years before him and celibate for 8 months. I was very sensitive when we connected and was more “bride” like than I ever have been before. We live on two different parts of the world. 17 hours away. But, my spirit is so connected to him.........the only person I can imagine being committed to.
Time and distance is nothing to God. That was the first thing I brought up to the Lord. Pray for His will you will be shocked at the open doors that will come your way. God bless. I will be praying for you.

Ann Cori I absolutely am preparing for my husband and to be a wife. I'm celibate and don't date for the sake of dating. I stay in the word of God and I've surrendered my brokenness to God so that I can be healed in preparation to be a wife. Only God can say when it's time!

This is a beautiful testimony! This also reminded me of a sermon I heard yesterday from Pastor Micheal Todd of Transformation Church called Relationship Goals Reloaded: Rip Up The List! We tend to have a list but we need to rip it up! May women and men be encouraged to trust in His timing and what His will is for our lives! He doesn’t always give us what we want but He most certainly gives us what we need!🙌🏼❤️
What about when God Himself tells you to make the list. I forever refused to make a list, because I always had the mind of who am I to tell God what I want when He knows me better than I know myself. Until one day, God used a church sister, with whom I had NEVER discussed that to tell me to make a list. And when I went to Him for confirmation, He confirmed. And when the time came for me to make the list, He awakened me in the middle of the night, I prayed, read the Word, before I started. The important thing is not to make that list in the flesh but with prayer. I wrote over a 100 things and just let it rip. After all, during that confirmation conversation, He told me, that He is the God of all flesh, is there anything too hard for Him. (see Jeremiah 32:27). I agree with you completely. My parents were arranged by God and they did not date. They were married for 58 years and active in ministry the whole time. It gave me faith to be sexual abstinent for 2 years then God brought my husband. I was like you like nawww because he wasnt my type and short. But I can tell you his stature is great in God and mighty man of valor. He is a wonderful husband and father! God blessed me tremendously because I took care of his business first.
I don't know how I got here but I was saying the same thing yesterday about how God moves when he's ready to send your spouse and how fast he does it and then today your video pops up in the feed.
@Creole Belle Read the Bible daily, think about the scriptures you have read, take notes while reading the Bible. Ask Holy Spirit to help you remember what you have read. Then you will be able to recall scriptures. Like the Bible says write the scriptures on the tablet of your heart.

Wow I just came across your page through Ky’Tia L’amour’s suggestion. I really respect her so I knew any suggestion of hers would be credible but this has just BLOWN ME AWAY!! From your transparency about feeling the need to fast all the time to the details God have you and writing in your journal I CAN SOOO relate. God has given me a promise and I’m holding on to the faith that I have left but I’m nearing the “deadline” that I believe God gave me and hearing your transparency just encouraged me that I’m not fighting alone. I too have been single since 2016 and I mean single single, not dating- not kissing, just not and it’s been so hard because I know I could have a relationship with the guys who have approached me over the years but God has BLOCKED IT and I literally feel a pull for greater that many ppl don’t understand so THANK YOU for stepping out here in faith and even recording this video because I know that was an act of obedience too!! I was in prayer months ago during a fast and felt led to pray for my future husband, I began to pray for my future husband and I heard his name, I was in shock because I knew him but we have never been around one another or have had a conversation, and I just had got out of a relationship that wasn’t God ordained so I thought it was my flesh. Thank you sister for your testimony I'm sitting in the car crying right now. My story is long and I believe this was for me. I don't know about soul ties but when you said that I felt in my spirit that I need to research this. I have been separated from my children's father x3 for 5 years and longing for a husband for me and my kids. I didn't even know this was a thing and I don't know why I never thought to pray and ask God for my husband but this has encouraged me to do just that! in a nutshell something happened to me when I found the Lord I was living with my kid's dad and I knew it was wrong and that we needed to get married but he didn't want to. But I couldn't leave him so God changed the situation for the worse to where I had to leave 5 years later I'm still single but I was never able to move on from him. Yes! Soul ties are very real. It will keep you loving a man you have no business loving. Not only that, justify this person before God. My soul ties had me up in God's face declaring the man's salvation and telling the Lord I wanted him to be my spouse and He should open his eyes. To date, this man's eyes have not been opened. I asked God to be my Matchmaker and arrange my marriage years ago. I believe He is now answering my prayer. I have not met my husband yet, but Holy Spirit has been flooding me with messages that it is now my marriage season. I am excited! Thank you for your testimony. It has been super encouraging. First of all congrats and may God continue blessing you and your family. It was meant for me to see this right here right at this time on 5/7/2020. I needed this so much and I'm so grateful because I really wanted to give up hope and go do things my way even after I got a prophecy on who my husband was. Our story was a lot like yours we met at had such a strong connection from day 1, I met him and we briefly interacted with him and as soon as we separated I called my best friend to tell her idk why.. but I think this man is supposed to be my husband. We didn't talk for a few months, then he ended up showing up to my church as a musician there, I was shocked but, I know God always moves funny. When we reconnected everything was everything and we fell all in. I was confused but I prayed about it and a few months later I got a radical prophecy in church that God wanted us to be together. It's just not our season and I'm having TROUBLE waiting on God to make this happen and i feel like it's falling apart because I have my hand in it. I feel blessed to watch your testimony, I wasn't going cuz I am no longer searching for, but for his kingdom, and I realized how all can be tied in God 's plan. One thing you said at the end catch my attention, " the Word of the Lord will not return void." I love this, cuz we can truly see it in your story. Praise God! Thank you for your testimony. Mine is so similar! In January of 2018 the Lord told me that he would lead me to my husband and we would get married without ever dating. Essentially, He said I should stop dating. He led me to study the book of Ruth repeatedly that year, with particular focus on the characteristics Boaz had and how he treated Ruth from the beginning to the point of their marriage. E.g how he had heard of & observed her good works/character even before they interacted, how his first instinct with her was to protect and cover her, etc. I studied every detail of the book & knew this was God telling me that my husband wasn’t far away and would immediately recognize me as his wife because somehow, he would know and appreciate me for who I was. Later that year in June of 2018 God further revealed that I would be engaged that same year and married the next year. I was like Lord, it’s June- how am I going to be engaged in 6 months when I haven’t even met anyone? But by faith, I continued to ignore all advances from men whose intention was to just date or ‘enter into a relationship’. I too journaled all of this every step of the way. In July, about 2 weeks after this 2nd revelation, I ran into an old friend of mine at a conference in Nigeria (I had traveled there for the summer). We used to be good friends, but had lost touch. We hung out with a mutual friend that day, and that evening, me and him went to grab dinner as I had to wait out the rush hour traffic (those who know about Lagos traffic, know!). At dinner we started to catch up properly and he discovered I was single. A few moments later, he told me in very few words (and with a whole lot of conviction) that I would be his wife. I thought he was joking so I laughed it off but he said with the straightest face, ‘I’m serious’. I was like welll👀👀 lol. I was leaving Nigeria back to Switzerland in about 3 weeks so I just thought it was all a bit far fetched- also I was very used to declining advances by that point. To cut a long story short, before I left the country he visited my family and expressed his intentions to marry me (after he had taken me to meet his whole family who were all soo lovely & had all prepared for my visit 😂), in November 2018 he officially proposed (he travelled to Europe to do so) and on 14 February 2019 (valentines day also!) we had our civil wedding. Engaged 2018, married 2019 (all within 6 months) to a man who valued & cherished me- exactly as the Lord promised.
(I’ve left out many details but I also found out later from him that in 2017, the Lord told him his wife was someone he already knew).
I’m writing my testimony to encourage the ladies watching even more, - I’ve realized that the Lord absolutely wants this for his daughters. He wants us to rely on Him to lead us to our spouse instead of relying on dating culture. Trust in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart ❤️

Honestly my faith dies a little more each day, each year that passes. I'm to the point now of just begging God to help me love Him above anything els so I don't yearn for a spouse anymore because the waiting hurts so bad. I try to stay encouraged but it is a daily struggle.

This is so amazing!! I also journal every promise the Lord gives me. I wrote down my exam mark 10 months before I wrote it and I got that exact same mark! He promised me a car, where in the middle of the night He said it's done and a year and 9 days that promise was fulfilled.
Now with regards to my wife. 5 and a 1/2 years ago He told me in a dream that my next girlfriend would be my wife (I have been single since then LOL). He then told me almost 2 years ago that I was not to approach any woman with intent but that He would bring her to me and that she would make her intent clear. Basically I should sit this one out. Of course I didn't think it'd take this long. On 14 June 2020, He told me "your partner is coming, your partner is coming" and now I wait in eager expectation.
"God’s promise to Joseph purged his character until it was time for his dreams to come true." (Psalm 105:19). The wait is never a punishment, it's to prepare us to handle His promise well. This is very encouraging thanks!!

Six years later we're dating now. However during my life, I began celibacy, I heard from the Holy Spirit that he was my husband at 22.

I can testify that this is very true. Very similar experience. I also have a marriage arrangement by God. Met my husband in September, got engaged in December of the same year and married in January. Got my 1st child the same year I got married and to the Glory of God. Still married 16 years later. Ladies with God all things are possible.

I relate to this story SO much. I always called my union an “arranged marriage” ...spiritually. Because, he is also not my type and I am not his type but our connection feels so genuine. So God-like. And , its crazy you say he remind you of Jesus. I say the same thing. I have never thought that before and barely even knew what it meant when I say it. But, his energy genuinely reminds me of what I imagine Jesus energy to feel like. And he even teaches me more about Spirit/God/The Bible than any other man ever has. I also fell in love with him almost immediately and I am usually the type to NEVER love/trust a man. I, too, had been single for three years before him and celibate for 8 months. I was very sensitive when we connected and was more “bride” like than I ever have been before. We live on two different parts of the world. 17 hours away. But, my spirit is so connected to him.........the only person I can imagine being committed to.
Time and distance is nothing to God. That was the first thing I brought up to the Lord. Pray for His will you will be shocked at the open doors that will come your way. God bless. I will be praying for you.

Ann Cori I absolutely am preparing for my husband and to be a wife. I'm celibate and don't date for the sake of dating. I stay in the word of God and I've surrendered my brokenness to God so that I can be healed in preparation to be a wife. Only God can say when it's time!

This is a beautiful testimony! This also reminded me of a sermon I heard yesterday from Pastor Micheal Todd of Transformation Church called Relationship Goals Reloaded: Rip Up The List! We tend to have a list but we need to rip it up! May women and men be encouraged to trust in His timing and what His will is for our lives! He doesn’t always give us what we want but He most certainly gives us what we need!🙌🏼❤️

What about when God Himself tells you to make the list. I forever refused to make a list, because I always had the mind of who am I to tell God what I want when He knows me better than I know myself. Until one day, God used a church sister, with whom I had NEVER discussed that to tell me to make a list. And when I went to Him for confirmation, He confirmed. And when the time came for me to make the list, He awakened me in the middle of the night, I prayed, read the Word, before I started. The important thing is not to make that list in the flesh but with prayer. I wrote over a 100 things and just let it rip. After all, during that confirmation conversation, He told me, that He is the God of all flesh, is there anything too hard for Him. (see Jeremiah 32:27). I agree with you completely. My parents were arranged by God and they did not date. They were married for 58 years and active in ministry the whole time. It gave me faith to be sexual abstinent for 2 years then God brought my husband. I was like you like nawww because he wasnt my type and short. But I can tell you his stature is great in God and mighty man of valor. He is a wonderful husband and father! God blessed me tremendously because I took care of his business first.
I don't know how I got here but I was saying the same thing yesterday about how God moves when he's ready to send your spouse and how fast he does it and then today your video pops up in the feed.

@Creole Belle Read the Bible daily, think about the scriptures you have read, take notes while reading the Bible. Ask Holy Spirit to help you remember what you have read. Then you will be able to recall scriptures. Like the Bible says write the scriptures on the tablet of your heart.

God has given me a promise and I’m holding on to the faith that I have left but I’m nearing the “deadline” that I believe God gave me and hearing your transparency just encouraged me that I’m not fighting alone.
I too have been single since 2016 and I mean single single, not dating- not kissing, just not and it’s been so hard because I know I could have a relationship with the guys who have approached me over the years but God has BLOCKED IT and I literally feel a pull for greater that many ppl don’t understand so THANK YOU for stepping out here in faith and even recording this video because I know that was an act of obedience too!!

Wow I’m just now seeing this but thank you for your obedience!! I was in prayer months ago during a fast and felt led to pray for my future husband, I began to pray for my future husband and I heard his name, I was in shock because I knew him but we have never been around one another or have had a conversation, and I just had got out of a relationship that wasn’t God ordained so I thought it was my flesh. She met her husband at the pharmacy and they started a conversation and got married 3 months later! I am believing God for the same. Thank you for sharing your testimony. Thank you sister for your testimony I'm sitting in the car crying right now. My story is long and I believe this was for me. I don't know about soul ties but when you said that I felt in my spirit that I need to research this. I have been separated from my children's father x3 for 5 years and longing for a husband for me and my kids. I didn't even know this was a thing and I don't know why I never thought to pray and ask God for my husband but this has encouraged me to do just that! in a nutshell something happened to me when I found the Lord I was living with my kid's dad and I knew it was wrong and that we needed to get married but he didn't want to. But I couldn't leave him so God changed the situation for the worse to where I had to leave 5 years later I'm still single but I was never able to move on from him. Finally got tired of waiting for him and decided to start dating and put myself back out there and it's been horrible. And I decided to stop dating. Again thank you for your testimony this has given me encouragement to seek the Lord and ask what his will for my life is! God bless sister. I'm so happy for you! 😍
Yes! Soul ties are very real. It will keep you loving a man you have no business loving. Not only that, justify this person before God. My soul ties had me up in God's face declaring the man's salvation and telling the Lord I wanted him to be my spouse and He should open his eyes. To date, this man's eyes have not been opened. He just wasn't God's will. Husbands are coming in this season! Stay in faith! God Bless.

I asked God to be my Matchmaker and arrange my marriage years ago. I believe He is now answering my prayer. I have not met my husband yet, but Holy Spirit has been flooding me with messages that it is now my marriage season. I am excited! Thank you for your testimony. It has been super encouraging. I believe fasting does both and many more. You forget that certain demons only comes out by fasting and Praying. As well as the story of Ester. She called for a fast so that God can move on their behalf.
First of all congrats and may God continue blessing you and your family. It was meant for me to see this right here right at this time on 5/7/2020. I needed this so much and I'm so grateful because I really wanted to give up hope and go do things my way even after I got a prophecy on who my husband was. Our story was a lot like yours we met at had such a strong connection from day 1, I met him and we briefly interacted with him and as soon as we separated I called my best friend to tell her idk why.. but I think this man is supposed to be my husband. We didn't talk for a few months, then he ended up showing up to my church as a musician there, I was shocked but, I know God always moves funny. When we reconnected everything was everything and we fell all in. I was confused but I prayed about it and a few months later I got a radical prophecy in church that God wanted us to be together. It's just not our season and I'm having TROUBLE waiting on God to make this happen and i feel like it's falling apart because I have my hand in it. But when you read Isiah 55:11, all my faith was restored then when you stood up and showed us your belly I lost it. And now I'm here crying and writing this long paragraph under this TH-cam video to tell God I'm sorry for not believing in him fully.
