The main thing only Disney cruise has that others don't is giving you that magical feeling. Everyone there has one thing in common, they love Disney. Unlike other cruises. And when I saw the live show, I cried because it reminded me of the time I saw Peter Pan with my mom when I was a little kid. Magical 🎉
You make a great point about everyone on board loving Disney. That certainly does add to the “magic” factor and make for a much more enjoyable vacation!
It sounds like you're "hooked".......LOL. I totally agree. Disney Cruise Line is my favorite, especially the Fantasy, on which we'll be sailing in a few months. My hubby and I have also cruised with other cruise lines, like Royal Caribbean and Norwegian.......and though we had a great time on those ships, nothing and I mean NOHTING beats Disney. I agree that it is pricey, but as you surmised, it's well worth it.

Wow this was such a great review of your trip. My family and I are going for the first time in May. Quick question for you, did you ever get any sense of racism? Were there a decent amount of other families of different ethnic groups on board? I'm excited for our trip however I don't want us to feel singled out. Thanks again for your review!
Hi Asltima! There were people on the cruise from all around the world. I was actually surprised. Not once did we feel uncomfortable or excluded. I will say that we were the minority on the boat but certain not the only ones. Overall, the passengers on the boat were very friendly and everyone just wanted to have fun and enjoy their vacation. I wouldn’t worry about feeling single out.
Hi there! Our verandah view was wonderful. It was not obstructed, in fact I think there are only a few (no more than 10) verandah rooms that have the obstructed view. We were on the port side of the boat and very happy with our location. I loved that it was right next to the stairs and the elevators… but we didn’t hear any of the foot traffic. Hope this helps!
As lovely as you are, I would rather see video of what you were talking about instead of just you talking. This would help me get acclimated to the boat and really see what you are talking about. Thank you.

😅DCL goes to Alaska, Mexico and Europe. They are also building 3 more ships in the Triton class.
Yes! I cannot wait for the new additions to the fleet to provide more options. Alaska is definitely on my list and I’m hoping to sail there next year!
They also go to islands in the caribbean, e.g. Puerto Rico, not just Mexico.

Did Disney provide the bed rail for the bottom bunk or did you bring that yourself?
Disney provided it. In fact you can request a bed rail on the app now and anytime before you board and it will be in your stateroom when you arrive.
