This was such a lovely video...I always liked him even though I wasn't even alive back then...such charisma and I feel like Bollywood didn't use his acting skills well...in his early films, he was very good such as Akhri Khat like you mentioned...but then Bollywood typecast him...and so now people look down on his acting skills. That wasn't true at all.
Take the supper hit music of R. D Burman and voice of kishore and then see who can stand as a supper star. For me, most of the Indian film supper stars were supper star because of that amazing amazing music. For me, music director and the singer are and were the real heroes
