1:32 this kid looks like Tommy Bond , who would later play 'Butch' , but he wasn't discovered til 1931.

It is Jackie Condon, but It was Mickey Daniels's final Our Gang film.
No that kid you’re talking about was the first Jackie??? (Forgot his last name)…. Tommy Bind didn’t join the shorts until Dickie was on, just after Brisbane. I think Tommy’s first appearance was Mush and Men, the orphanage episode with Old Cap.
