If the hair is not taking the toner the way it should then it means you will potentially have to lift MORE pigment from the hair, which I wouldn't recommend doing anytime soon. It's right at the edge of what can be toned to an ash blonde. You are at a level 8 (1 being black, 5 being mid-brown and 10 being platinum blonde) and your hair might need to settle down a bit before it will take the toner. Hair can enter a sort of "stasis" where it's in shock from all the treatment.
A sort of more extreme measure you could take is mixing in purple temporary hair dye to white conditioner and leaving that in for an hour or so. It should come to a lilac color, no darker or it WILL dye the hair totally purple.
This will not damage the hair as most crazy colorful dyes like manic panic or splat are vegetable based, which means they have no ammonia or peroxide. Essentially the dye sits ON TOP of the hair instead of penetrating the shaft and damaging the hair.
I recommend this method to most people who simply cannot tone their hair. It works almost as a deep condition, doesn't further damage the hair and will usually give great results. Just be careful as it could dye the hair!! But since it IS temporary if you get a slight purple shade, it will fade to ash blond over time.

Thanks so much for the vlog today, (and everyday), they always cheer me up! Today is my 14th birthday and I've wanted an ear cartilage piercing for a long time and my parents told me I could get one this year for my birthday and I was so excited! However, when we went to pierce them they told us a law had recently been passed in our state that no one under 16 could get a piercing other than on their lobes, even with parental consent. So that really bummed me out but then I watched your vlog and it made me smile, so thank you :D
