One of my wife's workers just finally is now able to start working again after they messed up on her gallbladder surgery. They ended up scraping her ribs. She ended up having to go back in for 1 or 2 more surgeries because of it and was in a ton of pain. (Didn't help that she ended up getting pneumonia as well while in recovery.) Generally a fluke kind of thing to happen and I'm sure it went much smoother for you guys.

They have an elite level post production software called Kevin. It is about the best on the market.
