I met Whitney back in 09 at a Bergen county gas sta near her once N.J.....last thing I told her was I Love you as I walked back to my car & I'm only 10 miles from here I've been there a few times to pay my respects and talk to her and cry we shared the same demons....poor Whitney I'll see u soon in heaven.....RIP.

I don' t believe there is a fee involved as this is part of what police do: crowd control for events taking place on public property, which the burial procession did leading up to the gates of the cemetery.
