Your the best out there at posting Beta videos! I guess, knock on wood, I hit 20 hours this weekend, no plug issues. However it did feel a little "spotty" like the bike needed run out this last ride. Maybe my plugs are about toast.....
Thanks for the compliment, but we’re still learning as we go. We’re trying to approach it from the average riders viewpoint. Whether it’s a bike review or a ride video it’s just us guys having fun. I have been running the CR 7E the last couple of rides with no issue. The bike is running great. I bought a set of the CR7EB plugs and have them in my backpack. The beta factory suggested these plugs for slower riding, Which is a lot of the single track that we ride. Thanks again!
I've seen 23 Beta 300 Race Edition go 30+ hours on the stock BR7ES plugs - what does Beta think is causing the stock Iridium plugs to fail after 15 hours of run time? What is better about the CR7EB plugs? My 24 300 Race Edition only has about 10 hours and runs clean with stock jetting though I've not pulled a plug to check.
The change for ‘24 is the 2 plug head. Maybe that has something to do with the iridium plug problem. If beta already has an alternative plug then it seems that they were aware of the issue.
What mixture are you running? I just picked up a 2024 300 race edition. Put the beta usb into the laptop to take a look through the manual and first of all, it’s for 2023, but only lists a 1% mixture for break in. I don’t see anything about after break in.
Even if you don’t replace the iridium ones, keep them as spares (they are cheaper). We ride single track and some it is fairly slow. Beta should add that info into their manual, especially if they already have a part number for it. Great bike but sometimes Beta is annoying with the lack of attention to detail. Thanks for watching!
So these betas are race bikes. Meant to be ridden hard. No bogged and lugged around under the pipe at Low rpm’s. Get a regular RR model for your type of riding. Cheers.
Chad these are the same bikes that they are running hard enduro races with. That’s a lot of lugging between the faster tracks. 2strokes aren’t that sensitive for fouling plugs. Sounds like beta already realizes there is a problem with low speed riding with this plug and the new 2 plug head design.

I’ve heard upgrading the coil pack eliminates the problem by supplying more voltage to the plugs. Stock one can’t keep up?
I’m not sure. So far, the alternate plug is working ok. It’s as if the stock plug fails, not fouls. Thanks for watching!
Oh no! Don’t give him any more ideas! 😅😊😢😂🎉❤
I haven’t tried coils yet, Jon. 😀

50:1 Motul 800. I’ve used the Liquimoly also at 50:1
@@Weekendwarriorsmoto Thanks. I’ll grab some of those plugs too.

Thanks for the video/fix. I haven’t had any problems yet but I ordered a set to keep in the backpack. 👍
Cool! Enjoy your bike!
