But since it went wrong, all she gets is criticism. As if humans are never insecure & when given the resources they always choose to rise above the desire. Hi doctor. Honest/silly question... just out of curiousity, why can't buccal fat removal be reversed? Why can't they make an incision in the cheek, insert fat, or a donor buccal fat into the incision and then stitch it back up? I know it's a silly question but I think a lot of people want to know lol
Buccal fat removal can be reversed by grafting (your own) fat back into the buccal space but I have never had to do that and wonder why anyone would want it done. If the result is too drastic it is possible that subcutaneous fat is deficient.

Have you ever heard of Buccal Myecotomy? It's removal of part of the buccinator muscle for more extreme hollow cheek look. I wanted to know how safe it was.
I’ve heard of it. Never been asked. Easy to do and safer than buccal fat removal which is safe in the right hands. Happy to offer the procedure and my understanding is the results vary between individuals.

I don’t think so. I think her existing facial features, not a buccal hollow, were exaggerated with inelegant volumization and a liberal facelift.
