Asalaamu’Alaykum, Do we use the male and female versions of the words when speaking to that gender or for our own gender? For example if I am male do I only use the male versions of these words or if I am speaking to female use the female versions? Please answer soon Jazak’Allāhu Khayran
It depends. If you’re using an adjective it depends on the subject and/or the gender of the word you’re describing. However, if you’re saying something like “my name is,” if you’re a man you will use the male version and vice versa. Another example is for “I’m coming” you would say “ana gay” as a man and “ana gaya” as a woman.
Thank you very much.. Can you recommend to me the names of some online books on learning the Egyptian dialect?

There are difference to say محصلتش حاجة and محصلش حاجة? With the verb in the past?
We don't say محلصتش حاجة
@@LearnArabicwithustazmahmoud why you guys don't say it in the past?
@@LucasCarvalho-pg9io this is in the past
Present we say مبيحصلش حاجة
I have a question. If I'm female, saying "forgive me" to a male, do I use the female form because I'm talking?
I think I use the male form because of who I'm talking TO.
Correct?
No masculine سامحني: Samihni
@@LearnArabicwithustazmahmoud thank you so much. 🙂

Simple mistake
is egyptian and arabic are same?
90% of Egyptian is Fusha
"I'm coming out" (ana kharij). Is this used in reference to leaving a building or a statement on one's sexual orientation?
😑😐😶🤔🤨 not what in your head
Why it's so different from standard arabic grammar?
Dialect 🙂
I'm confused with male/female a lot. Sometimes its towards a woman and sometimes it is when the speaker is a woman? It would be good to know
Language depends on hearing, especially colloquial language, and has no grammar
@@LearnArabicwithustazmahmoud I meant in your video specifically
Turn off the light اطفي النور
But to say it to a feminine person, it would be اطفية النور ?
Nope , but different pronouncsiation tho
Both for Male and Female اطفي النور

Haja or haga ? Don't Egyptians say haga ?
Both
Try to Switch to syrian bro that arabic makes more sense and it has correct pronounciation of Words
How do you know that...Are you an expert of Arabic?
1:30 AYOOOO
Why did you pronounce some letters not in proper. For example : ج -jeem . You are pronouncing like ك
Egyptian dialect pronounces Jim like a hard g
That’s just the dialect📶
😩😩😩😩coz Egyptian Arabic ج sounds exactly like G ق
For the ج you need to say it as G (Garden)
Are you living in Egypt?
Yes
@@LearnArabicwithustazmahmoud Great thank you.
