So celebrities aren't sole buyers but many others who aren't much popular in public eye and has the purchasing power for luxury brands. Nowadays brand awareness and flaunting luxurious brand is rising in india thats the reason Jio has invested in it. See Ambani's don't usually invest in depriciating assets, simply they saw the demand and acted on it. And tbh society aspires to have such things in their possession and as India's per capita income will grow and middle class bracket continue to increase you'll see such investment being done by every brand in the world. Though in current situation its still a far fetched goal. While in First world countries there are many who can afford these brands even their lower middle class is able to. Hopefully India will also grow and prosper. Lastly imo spending that much in clothes and accessories is outrageous. Money can be spent in many ways preferably cars, tech, new & rare things.

So feel free to take 2-3 large baggages full of clothes it wont be an issue. But for mode of transportation it still would flight operators would charge extensively. While incase of electronics, ornamets, gold, etc custom duties would be levied or a tag of smuggler on your profile.
