We are loving watching all the videos of the European trip. Your kids are adorable. We especially love watching them as we will probably never get there ourselves and it is so nice to see the places you have been, the people, the food, the weather, and everything. Thank you so much!
Your videos are very informative and helpful …….Just wondering on the ship excursions are you off on your own and the guide just tells you where to meet at a specific time and then you’re off to the next place ? And when you’re walking around Capri or Sorrento are you ever concerned about getting lost ?
@@paul_and_ashley I have 2, 6 and 12 booked a symphony of the sea cruise embarking in few weeks from Barcelona just a bit worried about sickness and how kids will react to a Mediterranean cruise since it s more scenery then beach only . Also have you ever cruised in July ? Thank you for your very informative and beautiful videos!
@@LoveLiveLemons oh, nice! Our boys absolutely loved this cruise, which we were unsure on whether they would like it or not. They talk about traveling back to Europe all the time. They loved learning about the history of everywhere we went. We’ve never been in July but we have clients that just got back from this same cruise last week and they loved the weather. It was hot, but not TOO hot. Feel free to Subscribe if you haven’t already, we have some more amazing adventures lined up this year 😊
Your videos have been super helpful. I’m booked for this cruise this October. Did you book this excursion through the ship or did you find it on your own? If so, what company did you go through and what is the cost?
Hi! We booked the excursion directly through Royal Caribbean! I don't remember the exact number but I do know it was over $250 per person. It was very expensive but very worth it in our eyes. Would absolutely spend the money to do it again.
We definitely felt rushed in Capri. We would’ve loved to have at least an extra hour there, it’s just so beautiful and the walk to the gardens took up so much of our time. And yes, all the ferry tickets were included in the excursion price. Lunch was included as well.
@@paul_and_ashleythanks for answering. We’re doing an Odyssey of the Seas excursion next summer and I’m looking at excursions. I may do the one that is only Sorrento and Pompeii to avoid feeling too rushed.

Thank you so much Bev P! We appreciate it! Hopefully you do get to take a trip like that some day! 😃
Thank you for sharing that will help me a lot for my trip in 3 weeks. The formal night for both days do they have lobster? Or you need to purchase ?
The lobster was an extra cost for every night of the cruise, including formal nights.

Yes, they guide you and then send you off on your own to explore.
No we kind of just made a mental note of how to retrace our steps haha
Beautiful video. How was it with the kids? This is my only concern?
Hi! How old are your kids? Ours are 10, 7 & 18 months and it honestly wasn’t bad at all.

Lovely video, I’m taking this same cruise in October, do you feel like this tour was worth it? How much time did you have in each location?
It was worth it if your goal is to see alot! However if you want enough time to truly immerse yourself, it's not enough time.
How do you go from Capri to Sorento and then on to Pompeii is it bus or boat? Thanks
@katerichardson9274 Capri to Sorrento was another Ferry then we took a bus from Sorrento to Pompeii :)
Did you ever feel rushed during these group tours? Also does the tour include ferry tickets?

Was the tour booked through the cruise line?
@@randyrolle7648 yes we booked direct
