Finished 9th in a club match at Boddington on Sunday 23 September 2018 with a weight of 45 lb using these tactics and baits. Top weight over 100 lb.

Biggest fish i've had out of boddington and i've only fished there twice was a 15lb 5oz mirror and had in that session 12 carp all caught on method feeder 12mm halibut pellet (banded) and 'special G green' mix. really does the job.....

Shabba Ranks I used to go to same school as him and his brother Phil guilsborough school Northamptonshire I used to have sleep overs at weekends when we were like 13 yr olds Steve his brother who I was more Phil's mate as he was in same class as me anyway his dad Geoff used to run Northampton nene angling club and we would go fishing these kids matches anyway either Phil or Steve would come in 1st and 2nd near enough every time so both brothers in the top 2 sometimes Phil won or Steve won other times and cause his dad run it everyone would jokingly go FIX FIX but they were extremely good anglers even back than as 13 yr olds we knew they both had a bright future in angling roll on to 2020 back than it was around 1991 92 anyway 2020 and both very successful anglers Phil runs ringer baits bump into him now and again and Steve has had the more trophy and money winnings and I'm sure they our both in the bait company with Steve really putting the ringers name out there they have surpassed us his school friends with what they have done and where they stand today in the match scene it's quite mad as kids going fishing with these guys back when we were kids I seen them starting out and fished with them it's a bit like playing football as kids with David Beckham and than seeing his career today the ringers have done very well I don't know how but even as kids of 13 yr olds they were either playing fish or feeding rig making always busy and that was back than so God knows watching them fish now as back than they were catching machines BACK THAN

6lb mainline and 9lb hook length, I thought it was supposed to be the other way round. hook length less poundage than the mainline.
