You only need to train with your local maritime school and,acquire for the seaman's book and STCW,however if you want papers after a course ,I believe they offer courses too in the maritime.but it's not a necessity to have all those academic qualifications

Experience is most vital..its a requirement...try low entry jobs not sure of your gender sorry, but if male you can try utility bar,utility cleaner female try barserver, pool attendant

Degree is not necessary, STCW they will send you a link you pay and do online then download certificate and upload
